Treatment Programs

care services

We believe that a supportive, family-oriented environment is one of the first steps to recovery and we encourage family involvement in our patients’ care. Additionally, each patient receives an individualized treatment plan that focuses on a path to recovery and includes a discharge plan that encourages each individual to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Our programs address these concerns with multiple services, such as:
  • Group, family and individual therapy
  • Coping and positive living skills
  • Grief and loss resolution
  • Medication management education
  • Health and wellness training
  • Communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Stress management
  • Assertiveness training
Our unit is designed to take care of complex neuropsychiatric illnesses as well as some of the many medical co-morbidities that come with treating the elderly patient. These include, but are not limited to:
  • Feeding Tubes
  • Up to a Stage II Wound
  • Foley Catheters
  • Oxygen

We are excited to offer our patients a continuum of care from admission through discharge. We value the opportunity to enhance the lifestyle of the older adult population in our community.
